Does Artitude Home operate its own stores?

Artitude Home currently has two physical stores.

Great World City, level 1, outside Uniqlo
Artitude Galeria, 9 Dempsey Road

What are the accepted payment methods in stores?

You can pay with a credit card, paynow now, or a bank transfer.

Can I still purchase an item that is out of stock?

You cannot add an out-of-stock item to your website order. Contact customer service to pre-order if you would like to purchase an out-of-stock item.

Will I receive an order acknowledgement via email?

Yes, you will receive an email shortly after your order from orders@artitudehome.com

When will I receive my products?

Unless otherwise noted, all products will be delivered within 2 to 5 working days of confirming order.

Are the candles refillable?

Yes. We currently sell wax refills in sizes 16 cm and 24 cm with various scents.

What is the composition of candle wax?

Our candles are made of natural soy wax and natural scents.

Are your candles vegan?

Yes. All our products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free.

Does the candle contain any chemicals?

Our product does not contain any harmful chemicals. They are 100% non-toxic and paraben-free.

Are the fragrances safe for people who have asthma or allergies?

It is always possible that a specific fragrance could cause an adverse reaction, just as it is with any person who is sensitive or who has personal health conditions like allergies and asthma. If they have a known fragrance sensitivity, these people may also want to avoid specific smells.

How long does the candles burn?

The duration of the candles is determined by their size and how well they are cared for. Below are the minimum hours each candles can burn for.

Logo mini candles – 80hrs
Mini candles – 90hrs
16 cm candles – 100hrs
24 cm candles – 300hrs
35 cm candles – 600hrs

How should the candles be cared for and burnt?

Is Artitude Home a local brand?

Yes. We are a local brand from our art  gallery, Artitude Galeria at Dempsey.

Where are the candles made in?

Our candles are made in China.

How can I obtain product samples?

We do not have product samples. However, you can head down to our physical store to try out our variety of scents. 

Why are products discontinued?

Other than our signature collections, each design is produced in limited quantity and will be replaced with a new design when it is sold out. However, if there’s a high demand for a specific design, we may bring it back.

Where do you ship to?

Shipping is only available to Singapore addresses currently. If you have a question about delivery outside of Singapore, please contact our customer service team and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I have my order gift wrapped?

Each order is wrapped in a signature gift box. At this time we do not offer per item gift wrapping. Should you require separate gift wrapping or a gift card, please contact and place your order with customer service.
